The self-unloading semi-trailer, also known as the dump truck and engineering vehicle, consists of an automobile chassis, a hydraulic lifting mechanism, a suction device and a cargo compartment.

U-shaped dump semi trailer is used to transport of bulk cargo, coal, ore and build materials. 1) Main-frame: Longitudinal beam, using high strength structural steel and offering bending and shock resistance, can met heavy load requirments.

2) Sub-frame: Using high strength 16Mn structural steel and intergrated hydraulic system increase operation accuracy. Widened turning point of tipper body increase the overall stability, reliability and safety of the operation.

3) Tipping mechanism: Mallery type rear dumping, front tipping rear dumping, side dumping mechanisms available for customer order.

4) Different types of suspension are designed for various operating condition: Bogie suspension; Air suspension; Mechanical suspension.

5) Lamp assembly uses advanced LED light, top quality PC and cast wire harness in dual circuit design.
