Production details

1. Heavy duty and extra durability designed I beam; opting for high tensile steel Q345, welded by automatic submerged-Are processes. Top flange 14mm,width 140mm; middle flange 8mm;bottom flange 16mm, width 140mm.

2. The crossbeam is stamped with high-quality steel plate to form a groove, and the front and rear end beams are welded rectangular sections. The middle container locking device is provided with an integral long beam to improve the bearing capacity of the container locking device.
