Due to the virus, we cannot dispatch the technician to install the machine in the buyer’s factory. But will provide machine operating manual and machine disassemble video for reference. If the buyer meets some problems during installation, we will have an engineer online, but the buyer requires to download WeChat apply for an account as other foreign app doesn’t work in China.

We are providing a one-year warranty. If the machine has any problems during the warranty time, we have the following treatments:

---Communicate through instant messaging such as pictures or videos

---If needs to send new parts for replacement, we will send them out at the earliest time;

---Under special circumstances and need us to send engineers to the factory, we will arrange the people as soon as possible, but in a special time, we will not arrange an engineer, like an existing virus.

---If the problem is due to improper or inexperienced customer operations, the expenses incurred by the new parts or engineer on a business trip are paid by the client.
