1) Hyuan side wall semitrailer has various features such as small dead weight, high loading weight and rational structure. hyuanlight semitrailer refers to foreign and domestic design concepts, uses W-shape through-going beam, reduces whole mass greatly by using FEA (finite element analysis) under the precondition of ensuring structural strength, shows unique operating advantage better, and is unique in reducing tire wearing aspect while reducing oil consumption.

2) HYUAN light semitrailer covers series products such as board semitrailer and warehouse gate semitrailer, uses W-shape through-going beam, saves cap steel, makes through-going beam and bottom plate have direct contact, increases contact area of through-going beam and floor board, reduces floor board sinking caused by cap steel, and has dead weight with about 1.5t lighter than standard product.

Production details

1) Cutting use the plasma cutting machine cut the steel to little parts use for suitable welding and splicing
2) Welding after steel cutting process the next step is welding. this process the main work is beam welding. the top plate-bottom plate and the middle plate will be welding together. this process will be use submerged arc welding process. this type of welding is very special. its exclusively used in I beam welding. after this welding process other parts of the trailer will be use different welding way for different steel-argon arc welding-electric arc welding-manual welding-gas welding and so on
3) Blasting this process is use for the first step of surface cleanness-stress relief-derusting before paiting.
