Product feature and application
(1) Steel structure: Steel frames are built with top-class hot rolled or rolled steel plate, automatic welded longitudinal beam and adopting advanced sanding and painting process as preliminary treatment.
(2) Different types of suspension are designed for various operating condition: Bogie suspension; Air suspension; Mechanical suspension.
(3) Lamp assembly uses advanced LED light, top quality PC and cast wire harness in dual circuit design.
(4) Automatic tire inflation and pressure sensor system is optionally available for enhanced safety and better fuel economy.
(5) State-of-the-art detection devices: Components, hardness, and phase of metal are analyzed to ensure the standards of processed material; Weld seam defects, paint thickness and adhesuveness are checked and amended to guarantee the quality of finished products.
Production details
(1) The series vehicle use through-going beam structure, has frame structure with flat type and goosen neck type, also has high integral strength, small weight, beautiful appearance, safe and reliable operation.
(2) The series vehicle use advanced manufacture technology , makes automatic submerged-arc welding for vertical beam, use shot blasting treatment for intergral frame, removes welding stress effectively.
(3) The loading ramps can be rear end designed, or front loading ladders, which can be mechanic spring ladders and hydraulic loading ramps by different needs
